We also rent in other periods or for a longer time with prices
to agree on.
The
prices include water, kitchen gas, electricity and the laundry
from bathroom, bedroom and kitchen.
Other costs:
- final cleaning in charge of who stays in the aparment, in
case the person does not want to provide that service, a supplement
of € 50,00 will be charged
- heating depending on consumption
- one bed more€ 20,00
Cauzione
Deposit of € 100,00 given back at the end of your stay
if there are no damages found in the apartment.
